The Sleep Workshop's Testimonials

Dear Theresa, I wanted to write in the first instance to thank you very much for the plan you have laid out in your email for our family. I like the plan mostly as it does not try to hugely deviate from our current routine and should be doable over time. It would seem that with a few tweaks we could get to that 20% change you spoke about and that in itself would help us a great deal. (2022)

Hi Theresa,

Just want to say I really appreciate all of your help and support with …..sleep over the last few weeks!

Thank you so much! (2020)

Dear Theresa it has been an absolute pleasure working with you, because you genuinely tried to ensure that anything we tried fitted in with our lifestyle and made sense to us specifically, nothing we did was generic.

I really appreciate all the time, patience and dedication you showed trying to help us (2022)

In Theresa's own words

“It can be daunting to seek support for your child's sleep behaviour due to your own tiredness and life pressures.

My experience has taught me that choosing the right time to begin these changes and setting achievable goals are important factors in successful sleep training. I welcome the opportunity to work with you and help to improve your child's sleep, at your own pace and at the right time for you and your family.”

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a sleep practitioner?

A sleep practitioner is a trained professional who provides guidance and support for individuals or families struggling with sleep issues. They work with clients to identify the underlying causes of sleep problems and develop a personalized plan to address them.

What can I expect during my consultation?

During a consultation, I will gather information about your sleep habits and history, as well as any medical or psychological issues that may be impacting your sleep. We will work together to develop a personalized sleep plan that addresses your specific needs and goals.

Do you need to see my child?

No, it is you, the parents and carers we need to speak to, so we can support and guide you, almost remotely, until you have reached your goal.

Do you recommend controlled crying?

We prioritise gentle sleep training techniques and we never require parents to resort to the "cry-it-out" method, such as controlled crying, as we believe in nurturing healthy sleep habits in a way that is both effective and compassionate.

Do you travel to my home?

I will travel to your home if you are located in London or the South East, however I do also offer my services remotely via Zoom, Skype or via phone calls
